An electric night in store with the amazing Colm Keegan – all Ireland poetry slam winner, shortlisted for the Hennesy New Writing Award for both poetry and fiction. Actor, screenwriter and activist John Connors of I am Traveller, Love/Hate and the keenly awaited Cardboard Gangsters. Stephen James Smith – co-founder of the Lingo Festival, author of the beautiful ‘Dublin, You Are’ and winner of the Cúirt international poetry grand slam. The essential voice of Rosaleen McDonagh – poet, playwright and leading feminist in both the Traveller community and the Disability community. The unique John Cummins – all Ireland poetry slam winner. Raneem Saleh – activist and fresh new spoken word artist. Nicole Rourke – a writer and performer trained in the Middle East and co-director of Big Smoke Writing Factory. Sorcha Fox – actor, poet and theatre artist in residence at The Dock, Carrick on Shannon with Lughaidh Armstrong Mayock and Megan Lawlor and Dee Armstrong – award winning musician and composer for theatre and film with the incredible Kíla. Ruba Shamshoum – the extraordinary singer, songwriter from Nazareth in Palestine.
